Foot Health Appointment Cancellation Policy

As a practitioner, my time is dedicated to caring for your feet, and my schedule relies on timely appointments. When a booking is missed or cancelled at the last minute, it means another patient who may be in pain misses out on care, and it heavily impacts a small business.
I kindly ask that you review my policy below regarding cancellations and missed appointments:

1. Notice Period for Changes

As a practitioner, my time is dedicated to caring for your feet, and my schedule relies on timely appointments. When a booking is missed or cancelled at the last minute, it means another patient who may be in pain misses out on care, and it heavily impacts a small business. I kindly ask that you review my policy below regarding cancellations and missed appointments:

2. Cancellation & No-Show Fees

More than 24 hours’ notice: No charge, and we will happily reschedule your visit.

Less than 24 hours’ notice: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% fee (£20).

Missed appointments (No-Shows): If I arrive at your home for a scheduled appointment and you are not there (or forget the appointment), a 50% fee (£20) will be applied to cover travel costs and the lost time slot. This fee must be settled before or during your next booking.

3. Emergencies and Illness

I understand that life happens, and sudden illnesses or emergencies arise. If you are genuinely unwell or have an emergency, please let me know as soon as possible, and the fee may be waived at my discretion.
